Since I joined LCI in 2001 as the Ottawa Regional Manager, I have personally performed thousands of laser hair removal procedures. LCI as a group have performed over 500,000 treatments. "We have a laser training program that includes photorejuvenation, laser skin tightening, spider vein removal, microdermabrasion, and rejuvenating peels. The program takes two months to complete. All our laser technicians have to pass this training program with a minimum 80% grade before they work with clients.

"My staff and I offer a free consultation and patch test to each client before we begin their course of treatment. The initial consultation is the most important part of our service. We ask all of our clients to fill out a brief medical questionnaire. The patch test we perform at the end of the consultation determines the proper energy level for the client’s hair and skin type. This allows us to perform safe and effective treatments. I’m always available to consult with clients at any time during their laser treatments."
